Vista升级到Windows7到62%就不动的解决方法

原因据传说是Iphlpsvc服务在升级的过程中down掉了，让升级程序没法子继续进行下去了，解决的办法也有，老外已经总结好了，icech只需要翻译一下就ok了！

当然这个问题在微软网站也有解决方法：

不过这里还是看中文算了。

有两个办法来解决：

第一种解决方法：

微软提供了一个小软件来解决它，只有636k大小而已。下载运行之即可。

To resolve this problem yourself, follow these steps:

1. Restart the computer. Then, your computer will roll back to Windows Vista.
重启计算机，这时会返回到Vista操作系统下面。

2. Click Start, right-click Computer, and then click Properties.
点击开始，鼠标右键“我的电脑”，选择“属性”

3. On the Advanced tab, click Environment Variables.
在高级选项卡上点击“环境变量”。

4. Under System variables, click New.
环境变量中新建

5. Type MIG_UPGRADE_IGNORE_PLUGINS in the Variable name field.
变量名称中输入：MIG_UPGRADE_IGNORE_PLUGINS

6. Type IphlpsvcMigPlugin.dll in the Variable value field.
变量值中输入：IphlpsvcMigPlugin.dll

7. Click OK three times to close the dialog boxes.
点击确定按钮，要三次。

8. Start the upgrade installation again.
